Refund Policy
Because Gallery Grab is a digital product whose core value can be fully delivered in a single session, our refund policy reflects the nature of the product:
Within 48 hours of purchase, if fewer than 10 galleries have been downloaded: You may request a full refund if the software does not function as described on your system. Contact us at [email protected] with your license key or order number and a description of the issue. We may attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.
After 48 hours, or if 10 or more galleries have been downloaded: All sales are final. By purchasing after using the free trial, you confirmed the software works for your needs.
Subscription renewals: If your subscription renews automatically and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge for a full refund of the renewal. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel your subscription through your Lemon Squeezy account before the renewal date.
